The NCCC was originally created from a partnership between the N/a’an ku sê Foundation and Solitaire Guest Farm Desert Ranch. It is now part of N/a’an ku sê’s ongoing Carnivore Conservation Research Project, started in 2008, and is also supported by the town of Solitaire.
Solitaire is a paradise of open grass plains, speckled with camel thorn trees, rough mountain ranges and dry riverbeds. This spectacular landscape and conservation friendly properties make it the perfect location for the NCC’s conservation and research efforts.
